What we clean
Six service lines, one contract
Take one or combine them. Pricing is per site and per scope — we do not sell packages that include things you do not need.
Daily office cleaning
Scheduled morning or after-hours service. Desks, floors, kitchens, ablutions and communal areas against a signed-off scope of work and a daily checklist.
Post-construction cleaning
Builder's rubble removal, dust extraction, window and frame cleaning, floor stripping and sealing — bringing a site to handover condition.
Retail and showroom cleaning
Trading-hours or overnight cleaning that keeps display areas, glass and entrances presentable without disrupting customers.
Industrial and warehouse cleaning
Floor scrubbing, racking and high-level dusting, loading-bay cleaning and waste handling on a schedule that fits your shifts.
Deep and once-off cleans
Carpet extraction, upholstery, high-pressure washing, window cleaning and end-of-lease cleans, quoted per site visit.
Ablution and consumable servicing
Sanitiser, soap, paper and hygiene bin replenishment managed as part of the contract, so nothing runs out on your floor.
How we work

Anyone can say they clean well. These are the specific operational commitments you can hold us to — and the ones we would want to see if we were buying this service.
A written scope of work
Before we start, you get a task-by-task scope with frequencies. Nothing is left to interpretation, and nothing is quietly dropped.
Vetted, trained staff
Every cleaner is reference-checked, ID-verified and inducted on your site's rules before their first shift. Uniformed and badged.
Supervised and checked
A supervisor signs a daily checklist and walks the site with you weekly. Issues are raised by us before they are raised by you.
Correct chemicals and equipment
Colour-coded cloths to prevent cross-contamination, SABS-approved chemicals with safety data sheets on file, and equipment maintained on a service log.
Covered staff
Staff working on your premises are employed lawfully with UIF and COIDA cover, so an injury on your site is not your liability.
One accountable contact
You deal with the owner, not a call centre. Escalations are answered the same working day.

Both metros are within same-day reach. If your site sits just outside these areas, ask us anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can service it properly.
