Privacy & POPIA notice

When you send an enquiry, request a quote, book a clean or apply for a job, we collect the details you type into that form — typically your name, email address, phone number, the area you are in, and whatever you tell us about the work.

If you apply for a position and choose to upload a CV, we store that file securely. Uploading a CV is optional.

We do not collect ID numbers, banking details or payment card details through this website, and we never will.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a booking, or assess a job application. That is the only reason.

If you opt in to our mailing list, we will also use your email address to send you occasional service and pricing updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers — Supabase (database and file storage) and Resend (email delivery) — who process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Enquiries and quotations are kept for up to three years, so we can honour previous pricing and maintain business records.

Job applications are kept for twelve months so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@lonajgrp.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period. There is no charge.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a database that is not publicly readable. Uploaded CVs are held in private storage and are only accessible to authorised staff through short-lived, signed links.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We store one small item in your browser to remember that you have closed our signup popup, so we do not show it to you again.
