What we can be awarded
Three contract types, each with a defined scope. If a package falls outside these, we will tell you rather than take it on and learn at your expense.
Construction subcontracting
We take on defined packages under a main contractor — site cleaning and rubble handling, general labour, and post-construction handover cleaning. We work to your programme and your site rules, and we report to your site agent.
Scope we deliver
- Site and site-office cleaning for the duration of the build

Stationery and general supply contracts
Scheduled or on-demand supply of office stationery, janitorial consumables and PPE against a fixed price list, with consolidated monthly invoicing and a named contact for orders.

Contract cleaning
Ongoing cleaning contracts for offices, retail, industrial premises and public facilities, staffed to an agreed complement with supervision and documented quality control.

Grading determines the value of construction work we may be awarded.
We supply our full compliance pack — company registration, tax status, B-BBEE affidavit, UIF and COIDA proof, and public liability details — with every formal quotation, or immediately on request. If a document is not yet issued, we say so and give you the date we expect it.
